I had heard about the 6×6 somewhere around November last year. Someone asked if I participated in it, I replied I had no idea what they were talking about. They gave me some information- verbally, and it was soon forgotten. Fast forward to about two weeks ago, when again I was asked if I participated. I grabbed information online, and saw I had less than two weeks to produce a piece of work if I indeed wanted to cram it into my schedule. I decided that I would, and that I would do a zentangle inspired pieced. I created it in just a few days and then today, ran it over to the Rochester Contemporary Arts Center.

I should have scanned it in, but at least I got a picture right? The opening party and art sale is on June 1, 6-10pm and $5 a person. If I have the money, I hope to go! If I don’t have the money, I will go on one of the other days they are open. If you would like information on how to participate for next year – and, I think you should!! Here is the link:
